1-on-1 Meetings are yours; this is your time! You can utilize this time to discuss any personal issues that you may want to vent about and seek guidance on.

Workout Program Creation

Clients have a choice to receive a monthly workout program that includes 3 workouts per week.

Guided Meditation Practice

1on1 Guided meditation offers clients the ability to learn how to properly meditate and connect with their spiritual side. This is also a great method to teach proper breathing techniques, helping you achieve that peaceful state of mind.

Group Meetings

Group sessions where all clients can come together to vent and discuss their issues.

Shadow Worksheets and Resources

Detailed exercises that will help you work through various traumatic issues. These worksheets are designed for you to get a better grasp of your emotions, highlighting areas that you may need to work on.

Recorded-Calls with Inmates:

Clients will have access to recorded calls w/ inmates to hear their personal stories. The goal of this is to offer clients, especially the troubled youth, the ability to hear 1st hand accounts of what it’s like to be a prisoner.
